Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.
1. Please contact us to request a refund
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
3. You will in most cases be eligible for a refund, however in some cases you will need to pay return shipping and additional shipping. See below
If you have selected the wrong product by accident, you may return it for an exchange. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Depending on your shipping option the time frame for delivery is determined by the carrier.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Australia Post (AUS)
Fastway Couriers (NZ)
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we can update your order with the tracking information if requested. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We do ship to most of the world at an Airmail flat rate of $14.25 NZD per order
Your order will arrive between 10-14 working days
Please note, this is the standard non- tracked rate and at the buyers own risk. If you wish to have your order upgraded to tracked, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order so we can arrange an option at checkout for you.
